Electric brake system for full trailer with electric brakes.
Electric brake system for full trailer consists of:
- Control box with 2 brake controllers. A brake controller for the front axle brake and one for the rear axles. By a full trailer the front axle needs to get more brake performance to control and compensate the dynamic load transfer.
- Distribution box for the power supply cables of the brake coils.
- 7 Wire power cable with 7 pin plugs.
- Control led in the towing vehicle lights up by an active brake controller.
- Angle sensor with bracket. One per axle for load indication per axle.
- Power cable angle sensor.
Advantages electric brake system:
- Lower purchase price compared to air braked axle.
- No over run shocks
- Load-dependent braking force
- Downhill no heated brakes
- Simple conversion of towing vehicle with 7 pole ebs plug.
- No brake battery required on trailer.
Available for Full trailers up to 3500 kg with electric brake system.
